Neurodebian repository was changed in the Japanese version of Lin4Neuro.
- 3D Slicer was updated to 4.1.0 (11 April 2012, r19886) on 64bit version. No change was made on 32bit version.
- Ginkgo CADx was updated to 2.12.0.4889-final on both 32bit and 64bit.
- dcmsort.sh developed by Chuck Theobald was put in /usr/local/bin. This script puts DICOM files into folders sorted by patient name, study id, and series.
- R packages were added. JGR (Java GUI for R) was also added.

- It has been announced that Oracle (Sun) Java 6 is no longer available to be distributed by Ubuntu. It is recommended that users migrate to OpenJDK and/or Oracle Java 7. I decided to switch to OpenJDK. So Sun Java 6 was uninstalled from lin4neuro.

- MRIConvert was added in i386 version. Though MRIConvert can be installed via NeuroDebian, revision is r190. Jolinda Smith releases r200. Therefore, I chose to add rev200. It is installed under /usr/local/MRIConvert.

- I found a bug that menu for the 3D Slicer was gone. I made a shortcut for the 3D Slicer again.

- lin4neuro-i386-20110114 was released. I found a bug that FSL and MINC do not run from the terminal. PATH was not for those software packages, so I set the PATH. Please note that MRIConvert still does not work fine with this system. Hopefully this will be fixed in the next release.

- lin4neuro-i386-20101222 was also released. This is the first 32bit version of Lin4Neuro. However, MRIConvert does not work fine with this system. This will be fixed in the next release.

- MRIcron was updated to the most recent version by courtesy of Chris Rorden. Icons were also provided for dcm2niigui and npm, both of which were updated.
- Sample dataset and tutorial by Chris Rorden was added. It is now in /usr/local/tutorials/. Shortcut for the tutorials is found in the top left.
- Virtual MRI system was added. The sample data for the Virtual MRI is in /usr/local/vmrt/brain_no_pathology.

- nautilus-image-converter was added. It provides options to rotate and resize images from the right-click menu.
- nautilus-open-terminal was added. Now you have an option to open a terminal from the right-click menu.
